We’re preparing US shipping and local pickup. Checkout will open once payment and order details are ready. You’re welcome to ask about a creation in the meantime.
Pickup & US shipping
We plan to offer US shipping with rates calculated for your address, plus local pickup. Pickup instructions and processing times are being finalized. Please contact us with questions before making plans. Friday Fest vendor participation has not been applied for or confirmed.
Payments & prices
Prices are shown in US dollars. When online purchasing is available, eligible products include a checkout button. Stripe hosts the payment page and shows the payment methods available for your order. Review your delivery choice, any shipping or tax charges, and the final total before paying.
Some creations may be available by request only. A displayed price or an email enquiry does not reserve a piece. Online orders are confirmed after payment confirmation.
Returns, refunds & order changes
Our return, refund, and cancellation details are being finalized. Online ordering will open after those details are published. For a question about a request you’ve already discussed with us, contact support directly.
Handmade has personality.
Small differences in color, texture, and details can be part of the making process. Read the individual product description for size, materials, and care information. If a detail matters to your purchase, ask before ordering.
