Browsing the collection

You can browse without creating an account. This website does not run advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may process ordinary connection information, such as your IP address, browser details, and request logs, to serve and protect the website.

Ordering & payments

When checkout is available and you choose to buy a product, payment is completed on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Stripe processes the payment details you enter. We do not store your full payment card number or card security code.

We may receive your name, contact details, delivery address, the items purchased, and payment and order status. We use that information to process and fulfil orders, provide support, prevent misuse, and keep necessary business records. Stripe’s handling of payment information is explained in its Privacy Policy.

Shipping estimates & delivery

If you request a shipping quote, the delivery address you enter and the package details are sent to Shippo and its shipping services to calculate available rates. For a shipping order, delivery information is used to arrange fulfilment. Learn more in Shippo’s Privacy Notice.

Cookies & staff access

The staff portal uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie after sign-in. It is necessary for staff authentication. Staff account and sign-in security records support access control and prevent misuse. Public visitors do not need to sign in. Stripe’s payment page may use its own cookies and privacy controls.

Where information is handled

Website and order information is stored using Microsoft Azure services. Access to staff and order records is restricted to authorized staff and the service providers needed to operate the site. For information about Microsoft’s practices, see its Privacy Statement.

Photos & product information

Information and images published by staff are visible to visitors. Staff should only upload images they have permission to share and avoid including personal or sensitive information.

Getting in touch

If you choose to email us, your email service handles that message. We use what you share to answer questions and arrange requests. Please avoid sending sensitive personal details or payment card information.

Records & your choices

Order and correspondence records are kept as needed for fulfilment, support, accounting, and applicable legal requirements. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information, email support@craftsbymezher.com. Some records may need to be retained for those purposes.

Links to other places

Directions, event information, and social links take you to other services. Their own privacy policies apply. Sharing tools only run when you choose to use them.
